The special \u201eInfrastructure\u201c session this year solely focused on the topic of Rail Baltica.<\/p>\n<p>The speakers addressing ca. 180 attendees of the session were <strong>Jakub Siwi\u0144ski<\/strong>, Policy Officer of the European Commission (DG MOVE) and <strong>Indrek Orav<\/strong>, CEO\u00a0of O\u00dc Rail Baltic Estonia. Both speakers focused on Rail Baltica as the new transport corridor within the European TEN-T core network.<\/p>\n<p>The presentations were followed by a panel discussion on the same subject with <strong>Indrek Orav<\/strong>, Rail Baltica Country Manager for Poland <strong>Arturas Vilimas<\/strong> and board member of PKP Energetyka S.A., Polska <strong>Leszek Ho\u0142da <\/strong>as panelists.<\/p>\n<p>The organizer of RBBN Session was <strong>Instytut Innowacyjnosci Polska<\/strong> \u2013 a sub-contractor in Poland of the advising consortium under the Call for Tenders No MOVE\/B1\/2017-397 financed by the European Commission (DG-MOVE).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A special session \u201eRail Baltica potential for the development of railway transport and business in Poland\u201c took place on November 23, 2017 as part of the VII Railway Congress in Warsaw.
